郑州公积金新政：存量房首付比例下调至20%_我的网站

A |     　　郑州住房公积金管理中心网站消息，8月26日，《郑州住房公积金管理中心关于进一步优化住房公积金贷款政策的通知》发布，进一步优化住房公积金贷款政策。此次调整重点聚焦存量住房交易与家庭购房支持，通过降低存量住房首付比例、支持代际互助贷款，有效降低缴存职工购房门槛，进一步支持缴存职工的刚性和改善性住房需求。　　《通知》提出，调整存量住房首付比例。

One admirer commented, “We need a Captain Jack Sparrow and Rooh Baba in a movie.”Photos and videos of Kartik at the festival are also making the rounds online. A social media clip also shows him surrounded by crowds of admirers eager to snap selfies with him. Alongside Kartik, other Indian stars such as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Rekha and Kriti Sanon were also in attendance at the star-studded event.Stepping onto the global stage at the Red Sea International Film Festival, Kartik also reflected on the mindset that has driven his journey. “I’ve never felt doubt about myself or my choices. Whether it’s overconfidence or confidence, it’s worked for me,” he revealed.          He further added, “I’m deeply committed to my films and characters. It’s not just about my role, but the entire film and everyone involved. That love for storytelling keeps me grounded and focused.”On the professional front, Kartik is currently gearing up for the release of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. He is starring in the movie alongside Ananya Panday. Kartik is also working on Dharma Productions’ Naagzilla. In that film, he plays a shape-shifting serpent named Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand. The movie is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba.Also Read: Kartik Aaryan joins global line-up at Red Sea International Film Festival 2025。缴存职工购买郑州市行政区域内存量住房，申请办理住房公积金贷款的，购房首付款的最低比例由30%调整为20%。　　《通知》还提出，支持家庭代际互助使用住房公积金贷款。在郑州市购买自住住房申请住房公积金贷款，借款人公积金可贷额度未达到家庭贷款最高限额的，其正常缴存住房公积金且符合公积金贷款条件的父母或子女，可作为共同借款人参与本次贷款申请。在额度核定上，主借款人与共同借款人的可贷额度实行分别计算、合并认定，合并后的家庭贷款总额不得超过公积金中心规定的最高限额，贷款期限按主借款人年龄核定，贷款比例按所购住房的相关政策统一执行。
